Overall a solid place to take your pets, with one flaw. The staff is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Their techs are first rate! Could do with a new vet. The main guy there has a really bad attitude, is unnecessarily rough with the animals , and treats his staff unprofessionally. It is hard not to notice, because he is very loud! When we were there, he was badmouthing one of his techs for a mistake HE made. It was unbelievable, and that is the only reason we give the staff 4 instead of 5 stars. Construction was occurring, lowering our facility rate to 4 as well. But that aside, the service we received for our dog--we thought he had been bit by a snake, but apparently it was an infected abcess--was spot on and the treatment was successful. Our pup is doing well. We'll likely be back--it's the best place north of Tally--but we'll be hoping the techs do the work, not the vet. They should open their own place.
