Both Kit and Cindy are WONDERFUL, actually the entire staff is wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and truly care about animals. I wouldn't think about using another Vet.

Just Make sure to see Dr Kit Charbonneau. We love this vet, but his wife Dr. Cindy that works with him, we have had problems with. She has communication issues and doesn't listen to what the owner has to say. She is very nice and caring, but just does not listen, which causes misdiagnosis. Dr. Kit can find the problem with your pet most often without w-rays and makes sure you are happy.

Everyone there is WONDERFUL!! Kit has been by animal's vet for 10 years, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Genito Animal Hospital has two of the top vets in the area and a very friendly staff. They are also probably the most reasonably priced vet office in the Richmond metro area with full surgical and laboratory facilities onsite -- no waiting for test results.
