Our geriatric dog showed symptoms of a bladder/prostate infection on a Friday night, we called on Saturday morning and were told they were full and we'd have to wait until Monday as they wouldn't prescribe meds without seeing our dog. This was not true as they had done exactly that in the past. We were afraid to wait any longer because this type of infection moves quickly in our dog and could very well have killed him by Monday. This vet knew this because they have treated our dog his whole life. We called Lakeview Veterinary Clinic in Battle Creek and Dr. Beebe had us bring in a urine sample and he analyzed it and listened to our dog's history and prescribed and provided meds, all with a very full schedule. He simply made time for an animal in need. It was well worth the hour drive! We will never bring an animal to Willow Paw again. We feel like some of the reluctance to see us may have been related to a $27 balance we owed, but it wasn't mentioned. The fees here are very high.
