The staff could be warmer and more alert. I agree they do not make eye contact. Also, they made a substantial error on one of my bills. Dr. Taylor had a negative interaction with someone I recommended. They had an emergency and she was cold, insecure and rude. On top of that she wanted to do surgery on a dying animal knowing her customer could not afford it. Dr. Middleton is kind and compationate! Dr. Caputo is AOK! He is my vet. P.S. I am not there for the decor. (snicker)

Dirty nasty facility, rude front desk staff, and after a medical procedure was done on my dog, the technician came in and tossed her onto the table, which she fell off of. I spoke with the Dr. about it all, and he dismissed it all. I will NEVER go back to this vet. I've been going there for 4 years, and it has gotten worse and worse. Every time, I say, it's the last, and this one was. Facility hasn't been cleaned in years, dirty walls, floors, balls of hair everywhere. The staff finds it impossible to say hello, or in any way acknowledge your presence. AND, it is incredibly expensive.
