As a single mom with zero limited income, i called pleading for help to euthanize my child's sick mouse. The mouse was our house pet and very ill. I called and asked then for an appointment and could pay them next week , but they said no amd to find alternative source or get pet insurance which I didn't have for a 5 dollar mouse! This was our family pet for 3 years amd did not want to see her suffer. Eventually she passed and I will never forget your facility for not helping out a struggling single mom begging for help.

Dr. Schaefer at Apple Country Animal Hospital is the most caring and best vet I have ever worked with. I am a breeder and as a result I am in there offices frequently. I have had several emergency situations with my queens and neonate kittens. I have never had to wait to get in. In an emergency I have always be allowed to come right over. The doctors surgical technique is amazing and as a result healing is quick. She stays current on the newest research and information. I highly recomend her. The pricing is in line with the other Vets I have used in the past. I am so happy I found Dr. Schaefer and Apple Country Animal Hospital.

I've taken my two cats there for the past year. Both of them got sick at the same time, and one had to be put to sleep. The vets and staff were extremely kind and attentive. I'm now adopting two dogs, and I will definitely bring them to Apple Country as well.

When it was time to put my dog to sleep, I called and one of the vets and a nurse came to my house. I was so appreciative because my dog could spend his last few moments at home with our family.

The staff is rude and doc unsure. The only thing is sure they will take your money. Had nothing but problems last time using them and am switching to another facility. This is why their doctors change each time I'm there.

I used to take my animals there until one day I called with an emergency and the receptionist told me to go somewhere else because they were too busy!

I first visited the clinic when one of their techs was holding an open house. i had just gotten 2 kittens and came in for my first visit and the staff and vet were friendly and professional, and I think the cost was fair. Thank you Jennifer and Dr. Garbow (? spelling)!!
