I would NEVER recommend anyone to Haven Animal Hospital.
Absolutely terrible customer service. The women who work at the counter are extremely fake and uphold standards of used car salesmen, not to mention extremely over priced.
They claim their puppy package covers everything for the first year of your dogs life. When I went back for my second and third visit my bill was triple the price of the package payment. Nothing from those visits was covered under their contract. Simple things like deworming and flea and tic, after I was told that the contract covered those things by the girl sold it to me. When I asked about those things they said “she no longer works here” and they were sorry for the misunderstanding.
The things outside of the package that I knew were not a part of it we’re still extremley over priced. I Purchased an aerosol can of flea bomb from them at $45 and I understand that online places can buy in bulk and it is always cheaper but not this cheaper, The sam
