LOVE THESE GUYS!!! They treat my Ziggy like the king he is!!! They do not get bothered by how many times a day an anxious mom calls even if they are insanely busy (which they are right now) Docs are always willing to call you and advise you of everything even if its time consuming and on a weekend!!!

Staff were extremely helpful with questions over the phone, accommodating with appointment times, and understanding when initial appt was missed by accident. Our first appointment was punctual, where we were brought right in and staff were respectful and mindful of the animals’ needs. Also, Dr. Lawrence was knowledgeable, great with my dog and personable/friendly with me. No complaints or negatives, other than maybe limited space, but they manage it well. ??????

My only issue was that I was not told of the cost of the blood tests before they were administered, and was extremely surprised at the fee I owed at the end of the visit. I would appreciate knowing about higher fees before I agree to the procedure!
