Given the new ownership, my experience with this clinic has gone from rewarding to less than acceptable. My dog is my best friend, my companion. He is everything to me. Putting his health in the hands of a vet is of utmost importance. I trusted this clinic. Unfortunately the lack of professionalism and communication has landed us in far worse situation than I could have imagined. He is ok. However, it took long hours (actually not that long) of research to find a competent veterinarian. If I could offer any advice, pls steer clear of this clinic!!!! You will THANK ME!!!

Been going here for years but the past year I’ve lost all confidence in taking my dog to this place. They misdiagnosed some serious medical issues and refused to make it right. I’m out over $1000 due to these inept veterinarians. STAY AWAY unless you enjoy wasting money and having to find second opinions

Extremely unfortunate experience. really liked this place, its clean and the staff is friendly, but after recent events we feel that their knowledge is lacking and they get confused when they are presented with clients that are knowledgeable in their field. they have demonstrated a shoot by the hip kind of thought process and act before having the full knowledge of what they are doing. $600 dollars lost and i will need to spend $600 dollars again with another vet to repeat what they have messed up. Haslett area animal hospital was given the chance to make it right when shown they had been blatantly wrong and chose not too, now we need to deal with a credit card dispute. 3 coworkers thus far are disgusted at how our situation has been handled and will be choosing new vets, that is 7 animal patience lost so far. shame on you guys.
If your looking for a vet int he area i would strongly recommend our previous vet Cedar creek vet clinic in williamston (right down the road)
