They couldn't have been any better with taking care of our pet. Doctor Hart was excellent in doing the surgery and Doctor Lilly was excellent in keeping us updated. Our pet loved all of them and the staff.

wait is long although you must be on time. Couldn't see normal vet, so got stuck with one (that has bad rep, didnt know), but after expensive blood work she called and said bloodwork was perfect, that "all is fine, go home enjoy your pet and quit worrying". were shocked when at another clinic & lost dog to cancer- less than six days later...

All three of my fur babies have been weel and kindly served by the staff. The doctors have taken time to explain treatment options for our senior dog, and are patient with our younger ones. We love our vet!

I feel that this hospital has a lot of room for improvement. The knowledge of the vets here for my cat's diabetes seemed dated, or worse completely innacurate. He also was diagnosed with cancer a short time ago by another vet; according to him it should have been apparent early on, but unfortunately it was only caught late. I was also charged grossly inflated amounts for a fluid my cat requires (LRS). This is normally about a $5 expense, but until I found that out, they had been charging me $75 per bag. This is FIFTEEN TIMES the cost almost every other vet/drug store sells it for. I felt somewhat cheated. Also, I got somewhat negative "vibes" from a receptionist when picking up needles to give the aforementioned fluid, almost to the point where I thought she was insinuating I was misusing them for recreational drug use. They are not all bad, and they have taken care of my cat, but honestly I wish I had gone to another vet early on.

My overall experience at this clinic was not as good as at some clinics I have had in the past, but I continued there for some time to take my birds there because they have an excellent veterinarian (Dr. Sarah Jones) that is very knowledgeable about exotics. She took excellent care of my birds. Despite the rudeness of the receptionist, Dr. Jones's care of my birds made the trips to the clinic worthwhile. The facilites are small, yet the vetenarians are able to treat the animals. The waiting room is somewhat divided for cats and dogs; there is also a separate entrance for the two. Although exotics are treated there, there is no separate area for them. Despite the fact that the staff requires that clients be punctual (if more than ten minutes late, have to reschedule or wait), when early or on time, I often had to wait thirty to forty-five minutes for my scheduled appointments. However, I did feel that the monetary value of the treatment my birds received from Dr. Jones was superior.
