The receptionist is not knowledgable regarding parasitic infection, yet she proffered a false diagnostic oppinion on the subject.

I asked them to do surgery on my female rottie with the flipped intestines. They said she needed to be stableized first.They decided not to do the surgery for which they said she seemed fine and told me to take her home after 2 days. I took one look at her and said she was not fine. They told me that she had been through a lot and to just baby her for a few days... she died the same night! I lost my best friend! She should have had the surgery to have atleast a chance of life. She was only 4 years old.
