I adopted a dog from this facility 2 mo ago and the dog has been sick since the day I adopted her with one thing or another and how funny is it that when you go there, there are other pet owners who are having the same problem. I am totally discussed with the service and with them withholding health information from me on my new pet.

My experience with this clinic has not been the best. I had some behavioral/aggression issues with my newly adopted dog and was hoping to talk to someone who might have some insight/advice. The receptionist was not personable nor understanding and it took 3 tries of being told "so and so will get back to you shortly" over the course of 7 hours for anyone to ACTUALLY return a call.

Another vet to be wary of. Vet has been under investigation twice, see the NYS Office of Professions site for more information. Adoption program is not about caring for animals...it is a money making scheme. Use caution.

This place is great. Not only do they save lives with their adoption program, Dr. B is wonderful. He is kind, compassionate and really cares for you and your animal companions. Clean, staff is great, prices are very reasonable and I would recommend this place for ANY sort of animal care.
