If you care about your pet, go somewhere else. They'll string you along even if your pet is terminal, over charge you, get your hopes up and add more charges, despite the inevitability. Take your pet elsewhere or roll the dice.
On the flip side, if you enjoy waiting hours for your turn, this is definitely the place for you.

This clinic saved my cat's life twice when he ate first a nut and then a piece of corn cob. They are a distance form my house but well worth going too. Very reasonably priced too.

I adopted a pet and he was taken there for castration. He had internal bleeding and my local vet said it was a "botched" job and it was lucky he didn't bleed to death! I tried to get antibiotics for him twice as my vet said he needed because of the bad surgery. No luck. I tried twice times to get the correct paper work for licensing...no luck again. Under no circumstances would I voluntarily take my pet to this vet.

when i called i was put on hold for a few minutes then the lady came on the line and ans. my questions and they sounded friendly and very reasonable in price. :>)

Dr. Parks is awesome. He's a vet recommended by the city of Moreno Valley Animal Control (that's how I found him) his prices are extremely reasonable and I just love him. He always gives my dogs more than I asked for and I never see half of it on my bill. Like last time I go in for my yearly shots and he tells me he's going to vaccinate them for the flu bug going around and all I saw on my bill was what I asked for nothing more.
