Click to report rating    1/25/10   5     5     4     5   I recently had my pet spayed at this clinic and I have to admit that I was very happy with the service provided. I was a little apprehensive at first since my little Bella is my first pet I've ever owned, but the staff put my worries at ease. I was greeted immediately by the receptionist. It apparently was a surgery day and so therefore the waiting area a little busy, but I felt them to be very prompt and professional. When it was my turn to check in, the technician introduced herself and answered my questions. I never once felt rushed. After work I returned to pick her up. The receptionist went over the discharge instructions and emphasized that if I had ANY questions or concerns not to hesitate to call. Bella healed great! The only difficult part was keeping her calm for those 10 days:) I would recommend this vet to anyone. RID: 16302
Click to report rating    1/22/10   1     3     3     3   My dog was having seizures for approx 48 hrs. I tried non stop to get her vet to respond. Finally at the end of this time she called back. My much loved dog was put down. Her response to the situation was she got carried away, and then her children were arguing and she left early. As I explained to her, yet my dog suffered. I decided to give this vet another try. I took a six month old puppy in to be spayed and have a small hernia repair. She stapled this very active dog's incission, instead of sewing it. Of course her incission opened. Brought her back and was charged over $130.00 for HER mistake. The compassion from this office and these two vets are terrible. I feel as if they must work in the medical profession maybe working in a morgue would be more appropriate. There lack of compassion wouldn't be as noticeable. RID: 16252
