Click to report rating    7/24/08   1     1     1     1   Just arrived from Little Rock, AR with two dogs. I came to be with my brother when he had his leg amputated that afternoon. Generator in rv would not keep it cool for dogs. I had to get them to a cool caged area while I sat with my brother. I explained emergency to staff. Even broke down in tears. They could have cared less. Would not cage dogs for 2 or 3 hours at tops even with pay. I was turned away. Had to stay in my rv with engine running to operate cab a/c until sun went down. I missed my brother's surgery. RID: 9432
Click to report rating    1/16/07   1     4     4     4   I am moving to a new Vet as these people have no clue. Last visit was for my Cocker Spaniel's ear RECHECK and the 3 people (counter staff, nurse and vet) who saw him all tried to tell me his skin looked great. It should, he had NO SKIN PROBLEM to start with it was an ear RECHECK. Nice place, insurance is useful, but, the staff has some real attention deficit problems. After finally getting them to look at his ears they wanted to change his food to their latest SPONSOR so his skin would get better. (NO SKIN PROBLEM)duh! RID: 2013
