I find Dr. Cox very compassionate and knowledgeable in diagnosing and treating health issues in cats. He is willing to discuss options with me and does not resent my expressing an opinion that may be contrary to his. I have been pleased with this veterinarian.

The vet tech that works here is great, but the doctor has no compassion for his customers. He has no bedside manner and grossly overcharges for services and medicines.
