I made vet appoinments for 4 dogs for vec and spading. they still wanted a 81. depost for kennel. from gm charleen.they r after the money tried to upsle kennel so it was more for them then where I staded

Rich Solomon is the owner and primary vetinarian.He is so talented and gifted.Give him the symptoms of your cat and he will know what to do.If you care about your animal he will acknowledge that and will go the extra mile.Besides all the animals he helped me with; I told him my cat is breathing irregular and he turned down accepting her into his office because he felt the car ride was too long for my cat & could cause her to die.He suggested I go to a closer vet & send the results over to him. He cares about helping.He is an animal lover. I thought they were expensive there until I went to another vet near by. The crappy and really dirty vet I went to had unexperienced people who were mostly rude (Arlington vet). The visit was way over priced. Unlike Middlehope, they made me pay the payment in full. I left the vet $300 out with no answer to why my cat is sick. I am making the trip to middlehope tomorrow. Middlehope vet is clean, nice staff, smart veterinarians

Staff takes forever to respond to requests or when picking up medication . . . also seems very expensive - they charged me a "consultation fee" of $55.00 just to tell me how to stick my cat with an iv for fluids at home (which is a very simple procedure) PLUS the regular exam fee/office fee. Overall, over $700 for some bloodwork and an exam and they still can't figue out what's wrong with my cat . . . I did like the vets/facility, but the cost is a killer. I am looking into other vets that are more willing to help people like me that rescue/foster many cats.

Everytime i call i get stuck on the phone forever and no one knows what they are talking about and i never get a clear answer! The male doctor is rude and full of himself. The female doctor is nice but i am tired of dealing with the rest of the staff and will no longer go there. Plus the office always has a strange smell........not very clean. :(
