I have been using this facility for over 20 years for several dogs and a cat. They used to be a good value and Dr. Susan Hankerd is very compassionate. Lately however, their suggested services have been leaning more toward their ($) wants, rather than the animal's needs. After a recent diagnosis suggesting long term care for my cat, her chronic condition was quickly diagnosed and corrected by another clinic with only a change in diet. Newer staff memebers do not have the same compassion as Dr. Sue and have criticized my dog's behavior when she backed away from the other Dr. when holding a needle. I will (reluctantly) be looking for another clinic with better overall skills.
