The staff is very rude. On the phone, they are unprofessional and practically hang up on you when you are trying to ask questions. Many billing mistakes. One employee complains about the owner to the customers and gossips about him and his family.

The staff at the front desk of this clinic is very abrupt and rude. This clinis is by walk-in only and does not take appointments, so clients and their animals are forced to wait, sometimes over an hour or more to get in or GO ELSEWHERE! The vet/owner is behind the times in vet care and procerures. He also assumes that the client knows nothing about their own animal and gives inappropriate and condescending advice.

We have an anatolian shepherd that requires treatment specific to her breed and the veterinarian completely ignored instruction at which time she nearly died from overmedication. The woman at the front desk was rude as if it was our fault that our dog, like any, needs breed specific treatment. After such treatment we were billed for remediation of their error (actually willful incompetence). Additionally, our dog was caged with another dog at some point and returned to us filthy after only 24 hours (covered in ****, bites from fighting another dog and other dog hair in the buckle of her collar). Can you imagine being so lowly that you use one dogs collar on someone elses dog? And being ignoranlty rude about it?
