Kept us waiting to tell us our pet's bloodwork was off and she didnt know what was wrong and had to take the pet to another vet where he was diagnosed with a bowl obstuction and kidney failure and put down. If the Banfield Vet's office is incapable if giving iv's or providing surgical care they should tell the customers that when they walk in the door with a pet that is obviousley in trouble. Could have saved my pet several hours of pain and suffering.
