The staff that answers the phones can be difficult. The vets are great and staff that handle the pets are great too. The facilities are clean. They do run behind and are somewhat expensive but my animals like going there.

Somewhat expensive, but we love the staff here! They know me and my dog by name when we walk in and have always provided exceptional care for my dog. The vets are good about returning phone calls the same day and they are good about refilling prescriptions the same day. They do have to refer out to a specialist for complex cases which can be even more pricey. The staff always treats my dog well and I have had no problems with them. One gripe I have with them is that the doctors are usually running behind, so you may wait a while at your appointment.

They were my first choice when I had a ferret and handled him with care. On the other hand I took my cat there and they were very mean and inconsiderate when treating her.

They provide us with great care everytime we have taken our cat in. They are even open on Saturdays.

Very high volume practice. Providing decent level of fundamental care and basic diagnosis; however requires referral to specialists for complex, or time consuming, cases. Time with patients limited.
