Drs. Dugan and Langdon take time with you and the animal. Dr. Dugan especially is reluctant to do expensive tests until he exhausts all other means of diagnosing the problem. I usually am not required to wait more than 15 min. for a scheduled appointment. The waiting room is small but very clean as are the examining rooms.

Dr Duggan and Dr Langdon are wonderful. I run a cat hotel in Miami and they are superb on the care they provide cats and dogs and personal attention. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Dugan recently opened his own clinic with another veterinarian in Pinecrest, Fl. It is about 10 miles further for me, but well worth the effort. He has been the four legged family vet for four years and is a great vet. I love that he takes his time with clients and patients and that he doesn't rush into a lot of unnecessary testing. My one dog is a special case and has developed a nice relationship with him. His care resulted in a healthy happy dog from a rescued mess of a dog.
