I feel that since this was the first time we had to take one of our 5 cats to a Vet up here in Tracy (we had one in another location) we had to havea cat put to sleep and the Dr. and the people at the front desk were very supportive and I have given there info to other friends for them to use the same place. I will continue to taKE MY 5 CATS THERE FOR FUTURE APPOINTMENTS, WE GOT ANOTHER CAT SO WE HAVE 5 OF THEM AGAIN.

This is a great vet hospital. They provide best vet care in the area. There prices are also very reasonable and the facilities are awesome. I highly recommend them to everyone. They are very convenient. I can come in at a moments notice. Best vet!

had been a customer of AAH for 11 years at first the service was average but in the last few years it has become (in my onion) very bad. Example:
On 10/26/2006 I took my Kitty in to check a small abscess on her side. The vet took her to a back room to shave the area this was the last time I spoke directly with the vet. A assiant came back to the Exam room with a long list of items ---and the kitty needed surgery
And teeth cleaning---reculenty I gave the ok---I took the kitty home cared for her around the clock 3 days later I returned to have a drain tube removed-and bad stiches replaced-Next morning The hole where the drain tube was looked very large(aprox 1" dia) I CALLED THE VET SAYING I WAS CONCERENED ABOUT THE SIZE OF THE HOLE AND THE Chlorhexidine solution that was inside the area below the hole, I was told not to worry about it and to wait another 7 days and bring her in for stitch removal ,2 more days went by and I insisted in bringing he

I had an emergency situation, and they made me wait 45 minutes to see a vet. Then Dr. Gill and her assistant Tama told me that there was "No hope" for my dog, I was crushed. They did blood tests and full body Xrays and they could not give me a diagnosis except that it was some sort of Toxic poisoning or Liver failure. They wanted to do an ultrasound and keep my dog longer than 3 days. As it was, they administered antibiotics and fluids and did tests for 3 days to the tune of $800. They didn't return phone calls. I felt completely taken advantage of because I love my pet. They are the last place I would take my animal.

I hated this vet. clinic. They never got the problem fixed, when I wanted my cats de-fleaed, they didn't even wash them. all they wanted to do was sell us stuff that wasn't affective as a chemical bath was. And even the chemical bath was done poorly, I had to get my kittens bathed twice. All they care about is getting your money. Nothing else. I hate this clinic and my experience. I'm out $1,000 because of their incompetence. I highly advise everyone not to go there.

This clinic has to be the most incompetent clinic that we have ever been too. Not only did they not fix the problem with our cat when she was brought in, they also sent her home with an I.V. in her leg which we had to take out, forgot to deliver the medication that she was prescribed and we never once were able to speak with the actual Doctor for our cat. This vet clinic does not take into account the wishes of the family. Our cat is 18 years old and was having some minor difficulties. We were specific in telling this clinic several times we wanted only comfort care for our cat. They totally disregarded this several times, asked many times to run additional tests that were needless. I would go so far as saying they were cruel to our cat by subjecting her to needless tests and sending her home with an IV needle stuck in her leg. Please take your business to a humane vet clinic rather than support this clinic.
