I've been taking my dog Buster to dadeland animal hospital for 5 years and never have I ever had an issue. Their service and care is absolutely amazing, Dr.MacIvor is such a great doctor and always gives my dog the best treatment and care. I've never met a doctor and staff who has cared so much. I love them, they are so sweet and they are always calling me to see how Buster is doing and I am extremely grateful for all they've done for Buster. As I read from the comments below they must have mistaken this clinic for another one because of all the times that I have taken Buster.. and trust me I might as well live there, it has never been cluttered and it is ALWAYS clean! I have left Buster there for boarding and I have been given a tour of the clinic and it is very clean, the kennel employees are always keeping an eye on the animal. They take very good care of the animals that go in there.

This vet is awful never will I ever take a pet there again the staff is rude the place is cluttered and my dog almost lost his life because of there poor service I drop off my dog clean and I recieved my pup full of body fluids including blood diaheria etc. They claim to offer supervised over night attention which I found out it is not true they just leave your pet in a dirty room and charge an additional 50$ overnight stay point being after 600$ for them to run test and they were never able to diagnose correctly.

I had an awful experience there. My dog is uncomfortable at the vet I know this so when I get there I always ask for a muzzle. He has never bitten anyone but I don't want to take the risk.
I get into the office and the vet is telling the vet tech he need things done, and he reaches in a way that I guess the vet is uncomfortable and she's like NO this dog is going to bite you, and early precedes to say my dog bites. Now I am uncomfortable with the way my dog is being treated.
When I tell her I am uncomfortable with her behavior towards my dog she begins to tells lecture me how she has worked with wild animals and knows how to treat them and starts to lecturing me about how she can get sued for someone gets bitten. Then she starts to say how I need to get my dog trained before he bites someone face off.
So unprofessional. I left in tears. I will never take my dog back ever. I don't care if the price are affordable I want my dog to be treated right.

Dr. McIver is one of the few vets who treats animals first and thinks about money charged last. She is very good & very honest.

I have been there several times with my blind dog (diabetes) and have always been well received and our dog well treated by both the doctor and nurses/assitants.

David the office manager is heaven sent....the rest of the staff is attentive, well trained and super professional. A visit is better than a human office with a touch of home. The office is clean and has no smells. The vet is well informed and practical. You and your pet leave with a smile and lots of goodies.

Dr. MacIver, the owner and primary veterinarian, is absolutely wonderful. She truly cares about the animals she works with, doesn't do or suggest procedures that aren't necessary, and is willing to take the time to answer any questions you have about your pet's treatment. She treats both my 4 pound yorkie and my 55 pound boxer, and she is by far the best vet I have found in Miami.
