We took our dog to Value Vet on Evergreen Way, Everett our dogs eyes cause they were very red and a little swollen and he was seen by Dr. Patricia Robinett, she man handled our dog and said she needed to show him who was boss. He was in so much pain from his eyes swelling, she kneed him in his side and yanked him agressively with the leash and told us not to coddle him and then pressed on his eyes very firmly with her fingers. She then told us that he just had some allergies to get benadryl from the pharmacy. The next morning his eyes were the size of golf balls and he could not see! We rushed him to our other vet and he had to have emergency surgery to remove the eye because the pressure in his eye was so great. Now he is blind! This Dr. is abusive and has no business working at a veterinarian clinic! It makes me sick to know my dog had a pain level of 10 and this witch was pressing on his eyes and choking him with the leash! Never take your pet here ever!

My dog needed foot surgery, and the last vet I took my other dog to (Silver Lake Vetrinary Hospital) wanted $1,000.00 to do lab work when I just took him in for shots! He's FINE! Not even sick. Anyway, went to Value Vet Clinic and the surgery was pretty inexpensive, (no overnight stay which I liked) the staff pretty good, and she's doing really well. The staff does need to work on informing you better on your pet's needs to help them heal and not get infected/save bandaging the best. After care instructions were spotty, and not geared to my dog's surgery. When most vetrinarians are really just sizing you up to see how much money they can squeeze out of you, rather than what your pet ACTUALLY NEEDS, this place is not that bad. The bill is very itemized, explained, and they didn't try to sell me stuff. The bad thing is we had to wait 2 hours one day JUST for a check up on after care, and they do not make appointments. First come first served can take hours.

I took my cat to Value Vet twice, the first time she needed to have updated shots, she had issues with the vet and got a caution label placed on her record. She was fine with previous vets. Two months later she started to have small sores on her legs, so I sedated her and they still couldn't look at her, so they put her under and while she was under all they were able to tell me is that she had fleas. I was sent home with flea medicine, but no treatment or suggestions on how to help the wounds heal. I would have liked to had a test run, since the wounds still are present. I didn't even see the vet other than to be told they couldn't examine her, and the receptionist was not explaining the information well. I will not be going back again!

This place was horrific! Patricia Robinson is the worst vet I have ever met in my life. She kept trying to sell us products we didn't need and pretty much made my whole family start to hysterically cry thinking that our family dog was going to die a horrible death. I got a second opinion at Banfield and this place was AMAZING. PATRICIA ROBINSON HAS NO SOUL. SHE MADE IT SOUND LIKE MY DOG WAS A KILLER AND SHE IS A VERY SWEET BREED. SHE TOLD MY CHILDREN THAT THEIR DOG WAS GOING TO DIE. SHE LIED TO US AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE FOR A SURGERY SHE DIDN'T EVREN NEED AND THEN GAVE US ESTIMATES TO KEEP OUR PET ON HEAVY PAIN MEDICATION FOR A MONTH! A WHOLE MONTH! SHE MADE VETS SOUND LIKE THE EVIL STEP MOTHER! DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PATRICIA ROBINSON! SHE WILL PUT YOUR PET THROUGH UNNECESSARY PAIN AND SUFFERING!

I took my dog into them because he was vomiting and they told me he was poisoned. I had to fight with them that their was no way he got poisoned. They ran blood test and confirmed that I was right and they told me that the blood work said he had a viral infection. they said he should be better in two weeks. He wasn't getting better so I took him to a different vet and they told me it was too late for him so I had to put him down. My dog was only four years old completely healthy before this, he should not have died! Do not trust this vet!!!

I will never use this vet again. We brought in a young male cat for neutering. Instead of a simple neuter, we kept getting told by the assistants how the kitty had an abscess and need more of this and that. We don't have a lot of money, and were appalled at how they called us 4 times in half a day to ask if they could do more and more and more to the kitty. We had signed paperwork that agreed to do aonly so much, and the assistants called us repeatedly to hard sell us into buying more services. Not that we don't love our kitty, but there is only so much we could afford. And the kitty's abscess turned out to be no more than a couple previous cats of ours had, and we just put Bag Balm on the area and they healed up fine. This Value Vet originally told us on the phone that when a cat had a wound like this, they didn't recommend neutering. Yet they tried to charge us for the procedure and the wound cleaning and the drugs! We just took cat home!
