I have been going to this clinic now for 2 years. I love the vets and the staff. They are do supportive and listen to all my concerns. I am able to call and ask a question, and get quick resolution. I continue to recommend this clinic to family and friends!

I did not have a good experience with this vet clinic with my new puppy 2 years ago. The staff were rushed and did not make any attempts to create a positive first vet experience for my puppy. They handled him roughly instead of taking a little bit of time to make friends. The vet did not make any attempts to talk to me about our concerns or answer my questions. The exam room was small and we felt very rushed. It was just grab puppy, give shots, kick us out. After the exam I promptly called my trusted vet (far away which is why I wanted a closer one since moving) and got an appointment that day so my puppy could have a good experience at a vet clinic. Unlike Southdale, my trusted vet (Pet Crossings) took time to give my puppy treats and time to explore his surroundings. My puppy was not scared there and I felt comfortable that he would enjoy going to the vet on future visits.
