Dr. Tracey Thomas was professionally irresponsible by treating my animal, which she was not competent in treating. thus causing the animal undue pain and suffering which led to her death . Not only did Dr. Thomas extend my animals suffering unnecessarily, she also delayed lifesaving treatment by five days that another Veterinarian could have given had she been honest. This directly led to Oreo’s death. When I became suspicious about her actual expertise, after an extra five days of suffering due to Dr. Thomas’ incorrect diagnosis, I took her to another vet. By then even she was beyond hope and unable to recover.

we brought our 13 year old female cat, which has a back condition; she needed some labs to be done. They took her into a separate room, twotechnicians to extract some blood and from the outside of the room i HEARD HORRIBLE PAIN SCREAMS COMING FROM THE ROOM I couldn't take it anymore, neither my girlfriend, and we run both into the room, we open the door and we discover the 2 technicians holding strongly down our cat with their ELBOWS ON OUR CAT'S BACK WHILE THEY WERE EXTRACTING HER BLOOD On top of that they punctured her neck and since they were NOT competent enough to ascertain the vein from there they went to our cat's thigh to see if from there now magic happens I did explain to the Owner Tracy Thomas about it and also that my girlfriend due to this had FAINTED BECAUSE OF THEM. This woman couldn't care less about this and just wanted us out because the whole affair was an inconvenience I didnt want to be charged for the labs and she didnt listen at all and she charged us for it
