Staff was O.K., but not especially friendly. The vet I saw was not Dr. MOONEY. we had taken our kittens to Hop. When Dr Kaufman was there. He was fantastic. This is not the same vet hosp. The vet I saw with my newly purchased kitten was crude, nasty and told me to bring him back to the breeder. He would not treat my kitten's eye. He should not be around any living thing. I went to Roaring Brook. They are kind, friendly and have a love of animals. The dr. I Saw at hop. wrote a scathing report about my kitten and definitely has a bias against any pet purchased at a breeders. I would not recommend this facility to anyone who loves their pet.

This place only has three vets, two of whom are the founders. All of the staff love their and all animals. Everyone my family has referred to them LOVES them. My family has been with them for ten years. They don't just use medical knowledge, they use their personal knowledge, their hearts and past exerpenices and other owners to help with making big decessions.
