I boarded my 2 chihuahua's at this vet. facility while on vacation. When I dropped them off they were both in perfect health. When I returned from vacation my male chihuahua was in bad shape, someone had sprayed something in his eyes. One eye ended up costing me over 1000.00 at nother vet.( surgery and many follow up vet visits at another vet if I must say) Now on to my female chihuahua, she was bleeding out her rectum. She was in very much pain, that's all I'll say about her. They were aboused by someone there.

Have been taking my animals there for over 10 yrs and have never had anything but a wonderful, compassionate experience. From treating a chronically ill cat (hyperthyroidism)to euthansia; they are there for you in all capacities.

I have 4 dogs that they give wonderful, loving care. One, at 14 y/o, has seizures. They have better hours than most, and have even stayed late when I called and asked them to see her when she was seizing. We had an eldery dog they euthenized for us when she developed lymphoma and it quickly spread. The vet stayed with us and let us stay to say our good-bye with no feelng of being rushed even though it was closing time. The doctors and the staff are gentle and kind. Even when dropping in w/o an appointment their wait times are very reasonable. They always discuss the options and help us decide what is right for us and our babies. When 1 dog went suddenly blind, they quickly made a rerral to a veterenary opthalmologist for us because we wanted to try to save her sight. I am VERY happy with their service and their caring.

I carried my chihuahua in with a broken leg. $700.00 later his leg is still broke! This place is all about money. If you go there make sure you take your wallet and don't expect much in the way of veterinary know how!

The staff is often rude, the doctors don't call back, it's difficult to get a prescription for meds like Heartgard: the want you to buy the meds from them, not online. There is no discount for multiple pets. It's run like a factory. It took a week to get my dog's records faxed over to a specialist. I don not recommend them under any circumstances.
