I had an emergency situation and needed to board my dog, I had asked for and had not yet received her shot records from the prior owner and they would not allow me to leave her; their suggestion was that I leave her in the car until the faxed records arrived...which was from 11 am until 3 pm. They charged me $187 to board my dog and then when I questioned why she had a large sore on her elbow, I was told she "might" not be a good candidate for boarding at their facility. After I got her home, I noticed a couple of other sores on her body that weren't there when I brought her in. I was also told that she deficated in her kennel several times so they decided to give her no bedding and returned her to me unbathed.
