Staff is ok. Expensive and they insist on implementing their beliefs and policies on you or more so make you pay for something unnecessary that is un affordable. They used to be a no nonsense vet but not anymore.

My dog was hit by a car this past Saturday. I rushed to this place (closest to home) and begged them to at least look at him. They had been closed for 5 minutes and would not look at him...because they had just closed? Really? A dog was hit by a car!! Very heartless people, and inhumane. That I believe is cruelty to animals if you ask me. This clearly states that in the end, they truely do not care about the well being of animals. They threatened to call the cops on me (yes, I was not very friendly when my dog would not be looked at). That attitude is the sign of a TRUE animal lover...as I am. Do you think a doctor on a plane would tell a pregnant lady in labor, or a heart attack victim...I'm sorry, I am on vacation I can't help you. That is the bottom line attitude of this place. Reconsider taking your pets there. It may all be fine now, but they have shown their true colors.

What friendly, authentic people in a very sereen setting. They love animals just as much as we do and will go out of their way to comfort you in situations as deaths and surgery. I would definetly recommend this vet!
