Click to report rating    6/29/13   2     3     2     3   This was our favorite vet office for years but we've been noticing changes in the staff since the end of last year and it is even worse now. They used to take time to make you feel welcome but now only a couple of the staff make the effort. They are slow to see you like it's over booked. The rates are compareable to other clinics but it doesn't feel friendly anymore. It's like you are in a fast food place waiting for your order. RID: 43381

8/26/08   5     4     5     4   I only see Dr Wooldrighe when I go there as it's not a clinic local to me. A lot of breeders and show people use him due to his years of experience with purebred dogs and his expertise in reproductive matters. We will all hate to see him retire. He also volunteers at the humane society. RID: 9779

12/1/07   3     4     4     4   I have only been to this clinic once to discuss cropping ears on a Min Pin. Dr. Woolridge refused to crop ears after 4 months old, but many min pin breeders/owners refuse to crop before 4 months old due to the small size of this breed! There are many very experienced vets in the lower 48 who wait to crop Min Pin ears till they are 4+ months old. RID: 6567
Click to report rating    12/1/07   5     5     5     5   Yeah for Dr. Wooldrige! He is our only ear cropping Dr! He cropped my boxers ears, and they looked fabulous, not to mention just about every other ear cropping breed in the state. So for show or pet his cropping abilities are wonderful, while many Doctors refuse to even dock tails due to ethical reasons. Its VERY nice to know someone understands the insatiable needs of a purebred fancier and doesn't judge us for it. He is also the only Dr. I would ever trust to help with surgical implants of**** in reproduction work. He is the most experienced by far! RID: 6549
Click to report rating    12/1/07   5     5     5     5   We have used this facility since it first opened and have always been well and fairly treateds. Yes, some of our pets have died there but it was not due to lack of care by the staff. We continue to recommend the clinic to our puppy buyers in Alaska even though we have moved outside. We continue to get good reports. Thank you to all the Doctors who remember the "Blue Panda Old English Sheepdogs". Dianne McKee-Rowland RID: 6530
Click to report rating    1/22/07   5     5     5     5   My dog and my cat have both gone here, and I loved how they were with them. They treated my animals like they were family. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who loves their pets as much as me. RID: 2133
