I was very disappointed by this clinic. I did not see the main veterinarian. The professional of the office is not there. They would not let me be in with my father who has health issues. Then she argued with me over a point that was not important. When I told her that the dog need to be muzzled for her protection her comment was "if you think that the dog is going to have negative behavior then that is what you will get from the dog". Dog does fine if not in the room. Then when I asked to talk to the owner she would not even speak to me or get my side of the story. This place does not respect older people or those with health problems. The stress from the visit lead me dad to have a seizure from the stress of the visit. I will never recommend this place to any one.

dr would not clearly advise or state prognosis resulting in prolonged care which increased profit for the clinic @ the expense of the pet's well-being and depletion of pet owners funds. Further, this clinic offers no overnight care which places impossible burden of stress from twice daily transportation on pets who often are not capable of bearing further system stress and triples cost of care to owners.
