I'm tired of vets who only talk and never listen. The vet I had never seemed to listen to me at all, she kept telling me things about my dog's condition that just were not true. She never asked me any questions, just treated my dog's symptoms as any generic illness. I took my dog to another vet and she was put on antibiotics and is now well. If I had just listened to the Grassmere vet, she might be seriously ill. Note to vets: LISTEN to what your pet owners say and stop assuming you know all the answers....

I have seen two veterinarians here and they are both excellent. They are extremely knowledgable,take the time with me I need, and are sweet & loving to my pets . The facility is not beautiful, but the quality of care and competence of the veterinarians more than make up for it. Prices are reasonable, as well. Two thumbs up.

I've been going to this office since 1989 and highly recommend all the vets in this practice. The staff is very friendly, also.

Very caring and attentive. One of the vets has special and extensive knowledge of greyhounds.
