I will never recommend this clinic to anyone. My my dog was neutered there from a reliable friend. I drove 80 miles round trip. My dog developed lumps on his belly... I drove back and asked for X-rays; lumps were large for a 4.5 lb puppy. DR. Knudson assured me it was the internal stitches that "would eventually absorb" I was then charged $90.00 for X-Rays... This should have been part of post OP care per my vet. Days later a "knot" of sort was sticking outside of my puppy's belly.. It was a Sunday evening at 8pm. I called the office; machine gave DR. Knudson's cell to call. I called and left voicemails explaining I was very concerned as something was popping out.... The next day by 10am with no return call... I called my vet; saw him immediately, cut the stitch; no charge told me DR. Knudson should have told me this could happen. I called his office was told he gave his cell to his son to go hunting and never received my message. NO apology at all....ON CALL AND NO RESPONSE, UNETHICAL
