Dr. Riddle is a wonderful vet very kind, thorough, and listens to your concerns.. like the other rater said, I too can't say enough good things about him. Nonetheless, the prices are outrageous, communication between vets and clients is poor (lack of calls to update on status), my dog was able to go home I believe a couple days before he was finally released, wait times to visit are extremely long. Dr. Merrigan is hostile and reactive. She has poor social skills and lacks compassion for the emotional and financial difficulties a client goes through when their pet faces a major, life-threatening illness. Dr. Riddle I must emphasise is not at all like this and he has empathy. I have heard great things about Dr. Seeba but I never met him. Oh, and the front desk staff are terrific and very warm. Hopefully, Merrigan can work on her attitude and they can stop overcharging... then I would rate this vet hospital much higher.(FYI: Prices instantly tripled when Dr. Odom sold the clinic)

This vet treated our dog in an emergency situation. They gave us an estimate promptly and got our dog into the back. The dog promptly put them to work. They save his life. It was expensive but our pet is with us and doing well.

I can not say enought kind words about Dr. Riddle. He is involved, concerned and hands down the best doctor I have ever had for my dog. His personal care and loving ways toward my dog meant the world to me. Open 24 hours for emergency work and regular care makes for an easy trip to the vet at anytime day or night! I have waited for long...long, go next door to McDonalds and back-time. However, it was due to emergencies that needed immediate care. The price is competetive and the overall hospital is decent.

Has always taken wonderful care of my pets in the past during emergency visits. Did such a great job setting my dog's broken foot that when I took her to see the specialist, they left it as it was, said that the Dr at Diamond did a great job setting the bones!

Very friendly staff. Regardless of appointment or emergency visit, the fees are the same. Expect a delay in seeing the vet, even when you have an appointment, emergencies take top priority. Dr. Seeba is highly recommended, very informative of dog issues.
