I have never had a problem with the staff or Dr.Hayes.They have always gone out of their way to help.

I expect more from a Vet that charges $45 just to talk to them. They didn't even call to check on my cat after diagnosing her with liver cancer. VERY disappointed and I'm now looking for a new vet. They are expensive and the focus is all about money, not the animal.

The most professional hospital in the area, with staff the is very caring and committed. I have found the services here to be outstanding and the doctors are excellent.

My pet went in with an unknown illness and I was told he was better but he was actually worse when I got him back. He was posteriorly covered with dirt and **** both when he went in (due to the illness) and when he came out and for the $400 I paid I would have expected that at least they might have cleaned him off a little. Office staff was more rude than any I have ever encountered in my life before anywhere. I will not be back again. I am a physician and I know how patients and their families are supposed to be treated.

The veterinarian took my kitten out of the room to give him his shots and I was not able to see if and how they restrained him. The entire vet office heard my kitten during this time and I did not get any explanation. I was not satisfied with my visit and do not plan on bringing my kitten there again.

Excellent care and friendly service. Very good value for services provided. Professional staff warm and caring. Far superior to other clinics I have visited nearby.
