There record keeping is terrible. I have four dogs each has been atleast 2 times. They still have the names and breeds wrong on charts. So non of the shot records are accurate. Makes it very difficult when boarding them. I believe the veterinarians are probably fine, but there staffs ability to do paper work and assist when there is an issue is very lacking. I have given them to many chances. To the point I have lost one pet, and was unable to board another one after driving a hour to boarding facility which inturn made me late for a flight
