I only see one of the two vets there so can only speak to Dr. Schneider. She's fantastic. My regular vet recommended her because my 13 y.o. dog's arthritis was bothering her and he didn't want to start any hard meds. Dr. S gave my dog a total of 4 acupuncture treatments and we haven't needed to return since last summer. I only went there because my regular vet suggested it...never expected it to work as well as it did, and in such a short period of time. Dr. S is willing to explain everything about her procedures although most of it was way beyond my comprehension...not because she doesn't communicate well, but because the alternative medicine she practices is so foreign to me. When I first went, I expected the visigs to drag out. Dr. S actually suggested we stop after the third, come back a month later, and then just wait until she needed it again. My dog's comfort is important to me; it's wonderful to see her running on all fours. Thanks.
