I had used them when Dr Tammy Beckman was there. Since she left I went to vet clinics for shots for my dog. This time went to a vet for full exam and to get personalized attention. Unfortunately I did not get that. Frankly, Dr Paterson didn't seem like she enjoyed her job; she walked in; didn't introduce herself or even say hi to the dog and then proceeded to say "what do we have here" as she looked at her paperwork. Then throughout the exam it seemed like she was looking for things to sell.At least 4 times she offered salves and ointments, heart worm tabs and teeth cleaning.
If your vet comes in and does not introduce himself, ignores the dog and starts selling; beware. I intend this to be helpful since a vet is very expensive ($250) Despite the bad experience with the vet, the vet tech, and the staff was terrific (they get 5's). They were helpful in setting the appointment, giving me test results and checking me out. If you like the place, perhaps ask for another doctor?

A few years back our dog (lady) was extremely sick (later diagnosed with parvo), this doctor was pointing to the XRAY and telling us “Look here, your dog swallowed a sock”. We took her home where she nearly died. When we took her back this vet had no shame to charge us another office visit for their misdiagnosis. We ended up spending $1300...
*THE GOOD: You need just preventive care or grooming for your “healthy pet”. However; you may be better off just to get this service at Pet Co.
*THE BAD:Your pet is actually sick and requires a medical professional to accurately diagnose the problem the first time. You soon realize your animal is getting worse and they want to charge you another office visit for the misdiagnosis.
