Yes, 5 Stars all the way! I have been bringing my Great Dane to Dr. Jim for 8 months now. He and all of his employees are so knowledgable and good with dogs that even though we moved 40 minutes away, we still bring our Dane to him. He has called us after hours and has seen us without an appointment. They never push tests or meds like other vets I have been to in the past. I cannot say enough about this clinic! You will never regret bringing your pet to them!

I have been taking my animals here for years and have never had any problems with them. Unfortunately my dog developed diabetes, I took her to their facility 3x within a month and $800 later before they finally thought to test her for diabetes.

I have been seeing Dr Jim and Annie winsor for the last 3 years, I drive almost 2 hours to see them but it is worth it! I had a sick 13 day old puppy last year and Jim met me at the clinic on CHRISTMAS EVE! and no one is ever upset when you are calling them at 3 am for a c-section! I reccomend everyone with a Bulldog go see the great staff at IGHAH!

I have been going to this clinic for years, and even after moving away I continue to go there. Why? Because of the outstanding competence, care and treatment of my dogs, going the extra mile for us, respecting and trusting my expertise and judgement about what I observe in my dogs ... I could go on and on. As someone who has several performance dogs, my veterinary needs exceed that of the routine shots and annual exams. The vets at IGH understand the needs of performance dogs more so than most typical clinics. I continue to find that IGH Animal Hospital provides top quality care care, maintains state of the art facilities, maintains contact with current research and researchers, and all the vets, techs, and affiliates work to be and stay on top of their field.

My dog had been in a dog park accident & had muscle strain: result was the day following the accident he appeared paralyzed. My regular vet was booked solid, so it was my first visit there ever, & I was pleased to be seen on such short notice. We took exrays to rule out bad hips or spine issues; when I asked to have the exray so I could submit it to my doggy chiro they refused until I provided them the name of a doggy chiro they approved of! I bought those exrays, but they refused to release them until they OK'd my choice of canine chiropractor. On top of this I had concerns about a round spot - I thought it might be ringworm. The doctor I had refused to get out the Wood's light to shine & see - said there was a 50% chance it would not show up because 50% of the strains of ring worm do not glow under black light. Thing is, 50% DO glow under black light, & my regular vet used the Wood's light to confirm ringworm & start treatment. Unless its an emergency, I wilL NOT go back.

They sure know their animals, had a Iguana once that they were very knowledgeable about. They are "experts" on Bulldogs also.I do think their prices are a bit high, I feel I was overcharged for a procedure that should of been included in the price of the surgical procedure that was breformed. Otherwise very, very good place.
