Crain Veterinary Clinic was the worst vet experience I have ever had. I went there because I had recently moved and I was hours away from the facility I used to take my fur baby. The vet was not thorough with the exam, never introduced himself to me, the looked at his teeth maybe 3 seconds and said he needed his teeth cleaned, didn't feel around for any lumps, and never once asked me if I had any concerns about my baby. The entire appointment felt rushed, and I felt extremely pressured to do extra procedures for my baby. The way this clinic handled everything seemed like they were money hungry and didn't care about my dog at all. I was told more than one time that they could do the extra procedures I mentioned that day, and they didn't give me any details about anything. I would never trust them with any animal, and I will certainly never ever be going back to this place.

Crain veterinarians only cares about how many tests they can talk you into. They DO NOT care about you or your pet. We took our cat to them, not knowing she had a terminal cancerous tumor. Among other things, the Crain vet wanted us to have her teeth cleaned for $95. He never told us she had cancer after a physical exam and an xray. He did want to charge us more than $1000 to get her back to good health though. Another vet broke the news to us after looking at the xray the Crain vet took. Do not trust them with your beloved pets.
