Owner is Dr. Synder. Assoc vet is a new kid out of college. The staff is terrible. They stand around and gossip while clients are right there in the waiting room. I've been twice, had appointments but still ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for the vet to come in. They quoted me a cost over the phone for the appointment and when I went to left it was almost 50 bucks more. The receptionist said she's split the difference with me and when I looked at the receipt it said she applied a new client coupon of 20. Well played people but it cost you this client.
