From my personal experience, here are 3 issues I had with them. 1)One day many years ago my rabbit became ill. I dropped her off at 7am, the doctor didn't even look at her until noon, and she was dead by 6. 2) They informed me that my terrier, who was 6 at the time, needed to go on a restricted diet and was to be given absolutely no table scraps. Funny, the dog's bloodwork and body condition was perfect until he turned 16. 3)I applied for a job there and was given a tour of the clinic. One dog in the far back was bleeding out of the chest and was dying. Yes, dying. Come to find out, they inhumanely had stabbed euthanasia serum INTO HIS HEART to help him die. I have only seen that done in one other extreme case in my life. They did it because the owners were not present. Now that I am a veterinary technician, looking back I realized that the doctors are unprofessional in their line of work. There are so many other animal clinics in the area. Please do not pick this one.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY AND THE STAFF ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. i BOARDED MY CATS THERE ONE TIME AND THE BOY, WILLIAM THAT WAS WORKING THERE, WAS SO CRUEL TO HIM, POKING THROUGH THE CAGE AND WHEN I CAME TO VISIT (I HAD TO BOARD THEM B/C AC WENT OUT) THERE WAS A TOWEL OVER THE CAGE AND MY BABY WAS VERY SCARED. THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIP OFF. THE ONLY DOC THAT IS WORTH A CRAP IS DR. WILLIAMS. IF YOU HAVE TO TAKE YOUR ANIMALS THERE, DO NOT SEE THE SNOWS!!!! DR. WILLIAMS IS THE WAY TO GO, HE IS EXCELLENT.
