I took my dogs to them when I first moved up to Sioux Falls. Dr. Dale is one of those vets that gets offended if you ask questions. I found that the staff was unnecessarily rough with my dogs and showed no compassion for causing them pain. They generally wanted me to leave my dogs with them -- and then wouldn't take care of them until the end of the day. They'd even call me to say that my dogs were ready to pick up and when I got there, I'd have to wait an hour or more because they hadn't done anything yet. I definitely wouldn't recommend this vet. They're far too expensive and don't have the best interests of the animals or their owners at heart.

I took my rat here b/c they said they treated rodents(i later find the vet is allergic to them!). Well the room had blood that wasn't cleaned off the walls. The vet was kinda rough with my elderly rat and kept calling her a "mouse". When i corrected her she said she calls all rodents mice. She then charged me for a lab test that didn't need to be done(even she said she doubted my girl had parasites "but just to be sure"). The staff besides the vet, is friendly. I've never gone back. Who knows, they may treat cats and dogs ok but i wouldn't know.
