I called to make an appointment and chose against it because the woman who answered the phone was sarcastic and biting and the prices she quoted were too high for a teeth cleaning. AND it didn't seem safe to me at all that the doctor "may or may not" do a pre-anesthetic blood work panel to check my dog's heart for being able to handle going under.
