I enjoyed Dr. Johnson, who is very caring and patient. The Office Manager was abrupt, almost rude about the payment. She should be trained in how to be a professional position and communicating with the public.

I think the staff has a better attitude, at least the office manager seems more professional. The doctors are very good, concerned about animal patient care, etc. The price for services is still high, but OK if customers were treated in a positive manner.

Regardless of the initial quote for service, when I get ready to pay, there is always an additionl charge. The doctor is great, but whoever adds up the bill, it's always more. If you question her about the additional charges, her professionalism disappears. You better get your plastic or cash out, or find other services.
