I have found the staff to be quite helpful. They always take my dog's food out to my car, and I am always able to get in for an appointment when I call the same day. The prices are a bit high, but you get what you pay for! I never really have to wait to be seen by the doctor. The waiting room is really neat with birds, frogs and a fish tank. I am pleased with the services I have received. I will send my friends and family members their way!

For the most part the doctors are great. But the reception staff is rude and nasty. They have not been like like with me but I have seen them be rude and sarcastic with other people and on the phones. They talk about them infront of other clients. I have been going there for a long time but I think it may be time to replace most of the front office.
