Been going there for years but not anymore. Too interested in making money and then treating pets. Also, last time I was there for a scheduled appointment, I waited 20 minutes without even an apology. Promised follow calls also not made. I am not with another local vet..maybe not with all the bells as whistles..which I don't think most pet owners really need. My new vets office is personal, easy and puntucual appointments, even for last minute emergencies, the staff and doctors are great and finally..no sticker shock.

Great vet hospital. Staff is caring, compassionate, and skilled. Wouldn't go anywhere else with our pets.

Horsham Vet has been great for our pets care for the past 4yrs. We have had to put down 2 older pets which they were very supportive with. We now have to French Bulldogs which they are thrilled with.

I took my cat to Dr. Van der Gaag because she had what I thought was allergies. I told her that she had been drinking and urinating more and had lost a pound. I later found out that these are all clear signs of diabetes. She administered a steroid shot for the allergies and my cat almost died the next day. Apparently, administering a steroid shot to anyone with diabetes is a BIG problem. She could have done a simple urinalysis to rule it out prior to administering the shot. I talked to a vet friend of mine and she said it was clearly poor practice. She was in the emergency vet for 5 days and $3,000 later. When I called the owner and asked them to take some responsibility - they refused. I LOVE Dr. Tranchidea who is there and will ONLY go to her in the future.....

I will NEVER take another pet here. They have to many Dr's and have lost that "home town" feel. I took my puppy there was made to feel I was just another number. My puppy was sick and they missed the real cause of her illness. A few hours after they sent her home, she almost died. We had to rush her to the Emergency Hospital to save her life. When I contacted them the following day, all they said to us was "there is nothing we can do to help". Very uncaring vet...showed NO feeling at all while telling us this. After talking to many other people in the area, we were told they had problems as well. The girls in the office were nice, but as far as thge Dr's...BAD NEWS.
