On 5-7-25 I took my dog Friday to Mrs. Moon for his annual. She administered a rabies vaccine, on the certificate, it stated the vaccine lot expired 1-18-25, months prior. The clinic claimed a clerical error, they would email me the proper paperwork.
I didn't receive any, I emailed the clinic on 5-14-25, they said they would mail the paperwork. They mailed a new rabies certificate that claims Friday received a new vaccination on 5-14, the date of the email exchange, for which he never received.
Friday had a cracked tooth that hurt, I decided to take him to Green Hills and get that tooth out.
When I brought Friday in on 10-8-25, I told 2 people there I wanted the cracked tooth removed. When I called to check on Friday, the clinic told me they had to remove "a few" teeth. I went to pick Friday up, when I received the invoice, I found they had pulled over 20 teeth.
I had Friday's teeth cleaned May 2024 at a different vet, he only needed a level 1 cleaning, no teeth were pulled.
