I have been taking my 2 dogs and another dog that was 18 yrs. old and had wonderful care . very nice staff, friendly , concerned, helpful. I feel one of their vets saved our dogs life, as he had very serious liver problems . The owner Dr. G has always been wonderful with our dogs. Their office is so close for me ,I live across St. from their office .

While having my dog groomed there they gave him another bordetella shot after having one 1 week ago. They then tried to cover up their error. He wasn't supposed to have his next shot for atleast 4 weeks. Luckily, we know a vet in another state and was able to tell us that this is not good. When confronted with the facts, Cocoa Vet then changed their tune. They also add misc. charges to the bill. They need to pay for their new building. NOT GOING BACK!

The staff is not friendly, nor helpful, in fact they sit in the back and the front chatting it up about their personal lives. I was not impressed with the Dr. I saw or the vet technician that appeared so nervous she had trouble catching her breath. They 'accidentally' over vaccinated my 8 week old puppies and then refused to take responsibility for it. I could go on but I wuld run out of characters to use. I was there for almost 2 hours for my last puppy check up, why I don't know. The place was virtually empty but they left me in the room FOREVER while I got to listen to all the staff talk about their vacations on the other side of the door. I am finding another vet asap.

Do NOT take your skunk here. They are not knowledgeable though they say they are. Innacurate diagnosis caused horrible death of a skunk. Also, they need to know that skunks DO NOT eat Hills Cat food. They eat vegetables, protein and supplements. They need to do proper research.
